Our Guarentee
We guarentee that our animals are 100% healthy. All animals will be feeding readily (unless otherwise stated). Any animal that is being held by a deposit will also come with a photo ID of the animal purchased, we guarentee that you will recieve the same animal when the full payment is recieved. Our animals are guarenteed for 1 week (unless otherwise stated) this is enough time for the animal to settle in and start feeding. If any problems are found in the first week the original owner will be refunded in full. If we recieve a phone call or email 4 weeks later saying the animal has passed or is not feeding, with no prior acknowledgement of the animals condition, N.A.R.C will not be held responsible. We are here to help you, please keep in contact with us and let us know the condition of your animal as soon as you are having a problem, it may be sometimes easily fixed. We strive for 100% satisfaction and want our customers to be happy, so please keep us aware of any prolems you may have.
GENETICS
We guarentee our genetics. If you buy an animal that is 100% het for a specified morph, you will recieve a photo ID with that animal along with a signed document by us that states, "If this animal does not prove within its second breeding season (which means 2 clutches, and it must be breed to a visable morph of the same genetics or another Het sold by N.A.R.C) a full refund (the amount specified on the oringinal paperwork) will be given to the person who owns the animal and the original paperwork at the time. " If you are to buy an animal and then sell it, we keep a record of all Hets or Poss hets sold, the new owner can call us and we can confirm the genetics of that animal by code and photo though our system. As long as the owner of the animal at the time has in his or her possesion the original paperwork signed by us, we will guarentee that animals genetics, and apply our same guarentee to the new owner. Our guarentee will follow the paperwork. At the time of purachase the original owner will be asked to sign our copy of guarentee as well as there own, (this just insures that the originl owner agrees to our guarentee, and also that we have the original owners name on record in case the animal is ever re-sold).

Shipping Terms
We currently ship over night through UPS, we are in the process of also setting up an account with FedEx. We guarentee live arrival. N.A.R.C will not be responsible for any misplaced packages, if for any reason a package is lot in transit and recieved after the alloted time, and the animal is in unhealthy condition or deceased N.A.R.C will send another animal free of charge. If another animal is not available a credit will be admitted or a refund will be given. The original animal must be kept as proof of the animals condition upon recieving, if the animal is not available N.A.R.C will not be responsible for refunding or replacing the original animal.
Shipping prices vary. Please email us what state you live in along with your zip code and we can give you an estamate on what the charges would be. All shipping charges are added in and to be paid for before shipping of the animal.
We ship Mon- Thurs. All orders must be in the night before in order for it to go out next day. Any order placed in the morning will not be shipped till the following day. We DO NOT ship on weekends, due to traffic with shipping, packages are more likley to be damaged or lost. If the buyer insists on shipping on a weekend N.A.R.C is not responsible for the package or its contents. We also DO NOT ship on holidays we are sorry for any inconvinence this may cause.
We also have C.O.D shipments through local airports available. C.O.D's are paid for by the buyer at the airport cargo hold, we also can ship Delta Dash. Shipping is much more exspensive to ship through the airlines, buyer is responsible for all charges. |
Terms Of Payment
We exscept Paypal (exoticreps@aol.com), Money Orders, and personal checks (must be cleared before animal is sent out). We are currently woking on getting a credit card machine and will be excepting all cards hopefully by the end of July.
We do consider trades of almost anything (reptile pretaining). If you want to trade something please contact us. The worst we can say is no.
We have many payent plans available on purchases over $1000.00. Please contact us fo more information, we can mold a plan to fit your life style, we are very flexable. In most cases animal will not be received untill paid off. |
